The hotel facilities were great, with a small but nice rooftop pool offering a fine view. The cleanliness of the room was commendable, and the bed was large and comfortable, providing a restful sleep. the hotel's location near a metro stop made it convenient for exploring the city.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially towards my baby and toddler. They went above and beyond by providing breakfast at 3.00 am when we had to leave for the airport. The hotel is conveniently located near a metro stop, making it easy to access the city's attractions. The breakfast buffet offered a delicious variety of options, including tasty cakes, fresh fruit, breads, and eggs/bacon. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and equipped with good air-conditioning. The hotel also had reliable WIFI.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, with the metro just around the corner. The rooms were also well-maintained and nicely decorated. One advantage that I enjoyed was the rooftop pool with a nice place to relax and enjoy the view.

There were several disappointments. the room I stayed in had terrible acoustics, and I could hear a lot of noise from other rooms.

I had a fantastic stay at this impressive hotel! This place is perfectly located, just a short stroll from the subway and many good restaurants and stores. The staff are wonderful, they looked after me so well, and their English is great. I really appreciated their wonderful room amenities like air conditioning that worked amazing and a super comfy bed. The rooftop pool and terrace are the real stars of the show though! I loved relaxing in the sun loungers as I enjoyed the breathtaking city views. Furthermore, the breakfast buffet was simply superb. I adored the fluffy scrambled eggs and tasty Brazilian food. All in all, I'd highly recommend this sensational venue to my friends.

We had a great stay in a well-maintained hotel located very close to a metro stop. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to public transportation. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was spacious. The service provided by the staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast offered a variety of options, and the food was delicious. We also enjoyed the beautiful view from our room. the hotel had convenient facilities such as a restaurant and a safe in the closet.

The lack of English spoken by some of the staff, which made communication a bit challenging at times.
